1 cup (8 ounces) hot coffee
1/4 cup International Delight^® Irish Crème
1 tablespoon softened vanilla ice cream
Brown sugar

Combine coffee and International Delight Irish Crème in a mug and stir to blend. Float softened ice cream on top and sprinkle with brown sugar. Serve immediately.

3/4 cup coffee, cooled

Combine ice, coffee and International Delight in a blender and process until well blended and slushy. Top with whipped cream or Delightful Whip and serve immediately.

Combine whipping cream and International Delight in a bowl and whip at high speed with an electric mixer until thick and spreadable. Do not overbeat once the desired consistency is reached.
