Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
Spoon one teaspoon of prepared brownie mix into each muffin cup. Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and use back of teaspoon to make a well in center of each brownie.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and creamer.
Pipe or spoon the cream cheese mixture into cooled brownie cups.
Top with chopped REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups as desired.

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp International Delight REESE'S Peanut Butter Cup coffee creamer
- 1/4 cup chopped REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups
