• 1 cup (8 ounces) hot coffee
  • 1/4 cup International Delight Irish Creme
  • 1 tablespoon softened vanilla ice cream
  • brown sugar

Combine coffee and International Delight Irish Creme in a mug and stir to blend. Float softened ice cream on top and sprinkle with brown sugar. Serve immediately.
