I just got back from representing International Delight’s CoffeeHouse Inspirations at the BlogHer ‘10 convention in New York City. I had a great time meeting bloggers, talking about coffee and even had time to squeeze in a little sightseeing. We also served up some pretty tasty drinks at the Social Luxe Lounge. Rum Cake Shake
1 1/2 ounces dark rum
1/4 cup International Delight® CoffeeHouse Inspirations™ Skinny Vanilla Latte
Splash of club soda
Combine rum and International Delight in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, pour over ice and top off with club soda.
Skinny Coffee Cooler
1 cup freshly brewed coffee, cooled
1/4 cup CoffeeHouse Inspirations™ Skinny Caramel Macchiato
Ice cubes
Fat-free whipped topping
Orange slice
Combine coffee and Skinny Caramel Macchiato in a tall glass. Add ice cubes. Top with whipped topping and orange slice.
Skinny Mocha Delight
1 cup freshly brewed coffee
2 tablespoons CoffeeHouse Inspirations™ Skinny Vanilla Latte
1 tablespoon fat-free chocolate syrup
Fat-free whipped topping
Chocolate shavings
Combine coffee, Skinny Vanilla Latte and chocolate syrup in a warm mug. Top with whipped topping and chocolate shavings.
