Lets all share what our favorite moments with coffee are.

My favorite coffee moment is when I pour a small amount of hot water over freshly roasted, freshly ground coffee in my press pot.  When the coffee is really fresh  it actually bubbles and fizzes because of all the trapped gasses in the fresh beans.  In the industry they call it blooming, I call it the coffee “getting happy.”  When it does this it releases the most amazing aromas that give you a little sneak peak at what your cup of coffee will taste like.
